Well my youngest baby Caleb is 2 1/2 Mt's now so its time for me to start working out again and quit being so lazy and i have decided to start this blog to keep me accountable lol my goal is to make a daily entry of what i have eaten and how much i have worked out i am not really going on a diet really cause i do not have a lot of fat to lose mostly i just want to eat a little healthier and to work out so i can tone a few problem areas ya no the ones that get huge when you are knocked up for the 5th time the belly the thighs and the booty lol!! so hopefully later today i will write a post saying i worked out and ate pretty healthy but this is just day one so we will see lol!!
