Day 3 was good..

  • Breakfast: water and a granola bar or 2 lol
  • Lunch: sweet tea, chicken and fries
  • Dinner: milk and leftover meatloaf
  • snacks included popcorn, 2 sodas, craisins and milk

i also did a abs workout video for 15minutes and then a 30 minute cardio workout video so woo hoo i am on a roll!!!

Day 2 was cool..

  • Breakfast: water and oatmeal
  • Lunch: sweet tea and french fries (yeah healthy healthy lol)
  • Dinner: milk, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
  • Snacks included a coke (woo hoo only one today), 2 handfuls of peanuts, and a box of nerds lol

I also walked 2 miles i did not do my DVD today but at least i walked so i am still pleased with day 2 ;)

not bad

  • breakfast i had a soda and a bowl of cereal of yeah i am so healthy haha
  • lunch i had 2 pieces of bread with 2 very thick layers of peanut butter on them and a large glass of milk
  • dinner i had spaghetti and 2 pieces of buttered bread
  • snacks included another soda and a pretty large bowl of popcorn (highly buttered lol)

so all in all i think i did pretty good today i actually worked out for 45 minutes and that is something let me tell; ya!!

Well my youngest baby Caleb is 2 1/2 Mt's now so its time for me to start working out again and quit being so lazy and i have decided to start this blog to keep me accountable lol my goal is to make a daily entry of what i have eaten and how much i have worked out i am not really going on a diet really cause i do not have a lot of fat to lose mostly i just want to eat a little healthier and to work out so i can tone a few problem areas ya no the ones that get huge when you are knocked up for the 5th time the belly the thighs and the booty lol!! so hopefully later today i will write a post saying i worked out and ate pretty healthy but this is just day one so we will see lol!!
