Forget It Fridays!

So me and chad decided this dieting and exercising thing would be tons easier with a free day so we are going to have forget it Friday's!! and yesterday was just awesome hopefully when i do another body test i have not gained all 9 pounds back lol!! i'll be doing another body test on Monday and i'll let you know how it goes haha!

everything is going good!

So i did the body test on the wii fit and have lost MORE weight!! I'm down 9 lbs now which is awesome, i honestly can't believe how fast is coming off i personally don't notice a difference yet but i fit in my 10s now so i know its leaving!! i really wish i would have been measuring so i could see where i lost the fat! oh well i am sure i will find the measuring tape soon!! i have been taking my vitamins again also and that's helping majorly with mood swings (lol) and keeping me full! i am also no longer craving Starbucks, which is great lol i do however really want a coke and maybe a big fat juicy burger and a pound of fries lol but hopefully i will quite craving that also haha!

what i'm eatin' today...

Breakfast:

  1. 2 packs of grits w/cheese
  2. 2 pieces of toast w/butter
  3. cup of coffee
  4. bottle of water
lunch:
  1. 2 cups of yogurt
Dinner:
  1. shrimp tetrazzini it was great!!!
  2. salad
  3. water

What i'm eatin' today..

i'm gonna start posting what i am eating, hopefully i will keep this up daily but no promises lol... I'll keep adding as the day goes by..




breakfast:



  1. half a banana


  2. cup of Greek yogurt

  3. cup of coffee

Lunch:

  1. plate of leftover spaghetti
  2. glass of skim milk
  3. cup of coffee
  4. 1 chicken nugget lol (it was Caleb's, and it was whole wheat with real chicken so don't judge me lol)

snacks:

  1. cup of Greek yogurt
  2. handful of pistachios

Dinner:

  1. nachos w/cheese
  2. water

ughh....

So instead of getting easier this diet is getting way HARDER! But i am still sticking to it and hopefully i will lose some weight and it will all be worth it in the end!! I will do an update of my weight in a couple of days!

man...

Man today is going to be a HARD day there are Reese's cup eggs all over the house and Hershey bunnies ahhhhhhhh I actually sniffed a Reese's cup egg for like 2 minutes thinking about how good it would taste lol, I really think this diet should have started AFTER Easter!!! Oh well its time to woman up and just not think about it and maybe make the kids just eat all there candy for lunch lol...

WOW!!!

Wow, So 4 days of working out and 3 days of dieting has already given me results, i am down to 146.5 thats 7.5 pounds lighter then i was just 4 days ago!!!! i'm going to keep this diet and exercising up this time!!! go me lol!!

The biggest loser...

Starting over...Again lol

Well Chad is home now and we are going to do a 30 day diet, we are going to be giving up all sodas, coffee (god please help me lol), junk food, fast food, and sweets!! Its going to be hard lol!! Today is the first day and so far so good lol! Yeah sure its just 11am but i think this diet will stick since i have chad joining in also!! We also plan to workout everyday during the 30 days to so hopefully we will see some results!! Wish me luck lol!

another week

since i don't wanna be a big fat lair lol i will be honest and tell you have ate out like 6 times since my last post and i have went to Starbucks about 6 times ridiculous i know!!! i think something inside of me went a little crazy when i told myself no to eating out and going to Starbucks so i am going to try something new i am going to try eating out once a week and going to Starbucks once a week i think i can live with that i mean whats 7 days right?!?! hopefully i can manage this!! i have however been working out like crazy i have been doing the wii fit and the elliptical and that elliptical is no joke its hard work but when i am done i feel great!! and i am proud to say its been working i am down to 150 now and i think thats 6lbs lighter since last weigh in so thats impressive this week i am working hard on drinking more water and less everything else lol i drink most my calories i love soda, very sweet coffee, koolade (lol), and sweet tea so this is what i need to work on this week i bought a couple cases of water so that should help!! wish me luck i have 7 days till i can eat or drink out again and its going to be hard but i am going to try hard to not break this goal!!!!

so weekly weight as of 1/19 is 150
i still have not found my measuring tape so maybe next week on that one lol!

well...

well a plus would be that i have worked out 2 days in a row and i plan to work out later today to but the negative would be i went to chickfila and Starbucks today :( i am really hopeful that i will not do it again for the rest of the month but i suppose only time will tell! i have been doing a pantry challenge on my other blog for the month of January so if you wanna check out what we are eating you can click over to the davis family and see :)

well...

well yesterday went well i guess i really wanted to go to chickfla cause i had to drive right by them but i was good and just kept chanting i will not spend money i will not spend money lol!! today is going to be really rough cause we always go out to eat on the weekends!! but so far so good i have to go to bj's in a little bit to get snacks for Cody's school but we are going to eat first so we will have not have that excuse to eat out!! i did not work out yesterday which is a bummer and really a bad start to my diet but i will make sure i work out today well that's all i have for now!

cold turkey!!

oh what the heck a friend has started a weight loss blog and has motivated me to try this again i still really need to lose 20lbs and tone tone tone tone!!! and i know i could do this if i gave up fast food and Starbucks but i really don't want to lol but i am going to do it cold turkey right now NO FAST FOOD AND NO STARBUCKS until February and then when February rolls around it will only be once for each of them for the month!!! i have to break this addiction to fast food and Starbucks!! i can make my own coffee and honestly its really good and i can make make way better food them anywhere i go to its just not near as easy i just have to get out of this cooking strike i seem to be on!! so here it goes i will come here every evening and post how successful or unsuccessful i am lol!!
