- 2 packs of grits w/cheese
- 2 pieces of toast w/butter
- cup of coffee
- bottle of water
- 2 cups of yogurt
- shrimp tetrazzini it was great!!!

This is just a daily blog of my diet and exercising that i do and weekly stats to see my progress as i try to lose 20 lbs ;)
