- breakfast i had a soda and a bowl of cereal of yeah i am so healthy haha
- lunch i had 2 pieces of bread with 2 very thick layers of peanut butter on them and a large glass of milk
- dinner i had spaghetti and 2 pieces of buttered bread
- snacks included another soda and a pretty large bowl of popcorn (highly buttered lol)
so all in all i think i did pretty good today i actually worked out for 45 minutes and that is something let me tell; ya!!
