- Breakfast: oatmeal and 2 frozen waffles and milk
- Lunch: pizza rolls and milk
- Dinner: crockpot kidney beans, fried potatoes, cornbrean, corn and sweet tea
- Snacks: popcorn, 2 sodas, an orange
i did not work out yet again ;(
This is just a daily blog of my diet and exercising that i do and weekly stats to see my progress as i try to lose 20 lbs ;)
