- breakfast: water
 - lunch: sweet tea, fried catfish, backed potato and broccoli ( we went to o'charlies)
 - dinner: milk, shrimp, Alfredo noodles
 - snacks included: 2 sodas, lots of popcorn, milk, and dinner rolls
 
so yeah today was a bad day i ate a ton and i did not exercise oh well maybe tomorrow lol!
