Day 5 was horrible!!

  • Breakfast: soda
  • Lunch: popcorn and soda
  • Dinner: black-eyed peas and ham and sweet tea
  • Snacks: popcorn, another soda, milk, and an apple

yeah today was horrible i not only ate HORRIBLE i did not work out yet again but i am hopeful tomorrow will be better!!
