DAY 6..


  • Breakfast: OJ, 1 egg, 1 piece of bacon, grits, 2 pieces of toast

  • Lunch: 5 pig in the blankets (so like 2 1/2 hot dogs lol) and sweet tea

  • Dinner: oatmeal and milk

  • Snacks: 2 sodas, and popcorn

I did OK today i exercised for 30 minutes and i ate OK i need to buy some healthy snacks that i like and will eat cause i like to eat when i am bored that's why i eat so much popcorn and i am tired of popcorn well not real tired of it but i am a little tired of it!! lol
