- Breakfast: waffle and milk
- Lunch: cereal with milk
- Dinner: chicken, mac'n'cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn
- Snacks: a cookie or 3 lol , milk
i did an abs dvd ;)
This is just a daily blog of my diet and exercising that i do and weekly stats to see my progress as i try to lose 20 lbs ;)
