Day 7

Breakfast: i egg, i piece of bacon, grits, and 2 pieces of toast

Lunch: tea, steak, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies

Dinner: soda and popcorn

Snacks: another soda and an apple and even more popcorn!

we went on a bike ride and walked in the mall for awhile so it was an OK day for exercise ;)
