- Breakfast: cereal and milk
- Lunch: pizza and soda
- Dinner: chili and rice and lemonade (no dough dinner at the USO)
- Snacks: popcorn, another soda, chips
and i did not exercise at all ;(
This is just a daily blog of my diet and exercising that i do and weekly stats to see my progress as i try to lose 20 lbs ;)
