Day 15
- Breakfast: cereal w/ milk and cranberry juice
- Lunch: peanut butter sandwich and milk
- Dinner: homemade tortillas with leftover beans (refried) and cheese it was very very yummy!!!
- Snacks: a few cookies, 1 soda, cereal
i did get some walking done but noting to brag about!

Day 14
- Breakfast: i made the best and probably the most fattening thing ever but man it was so good biscuits and sausage gravy and fried eggs yummy!!
- Lunch: pizza
- Dinner: Alfredo noddles, fried shrimp and tea
- Snacks: popcorn, 2 sodas, cereal
we went on a long bike ride ;)

- Lunch: fish sticks and fries
- Dinner: spaghetti and green beans and garlic bread
- Snacks: pop corn (of course lol), 1 soda, and 2 glasses of milk
we walked a nature trail for a long time yesterday it was a lot of fun!!

- Dinner: potato casserole its called slop lol ( i love love love this so i ate a lot lol), green beans and sweet tea

and i did a little exercising but only 15 minutes so really not very impressive!!!

well noting has changed this week except that i gained a pound grrrr but its only been a week so i am still positive especially since my bike is fixed and i can ride around again!!

DAY 6..
- Breakfast: OJ, 1 egg, 1 piece of bacon, grits, 2 pieces of toast
- Lunch: 5 pig in the blankets (so like 2 1/2 hot dogs lol) and sweet tea
- Dinner: oatmeal and milk
- Snacks: 2 sodas, and popcorn
I did OK today i exercised for 30 minutes and i ate OK i need to buy some healthy snacks that i like and will eat cause i like to eat when i am bored that's why i eat so much popcorn and i am tired of popcorn well not real tired of it but i am a little tired of it!! lol

yeah today was horrible i not only ate HORRIBLE i did not work out yet again but i am hopeful tomorrow will be better!!

Day 4 was a bust lol
- breakfast: water
- lunch: sweet tea, fried catfish, backed potato and broccoli ( we went to o'charlies)
- dinner: milk, shrimp, Alfredo noodles
- snacks included: 2 sodas, lots of popcorn, milk, and dinner rolls
so yeah today was a bad day i ate a ton and i did not exercise oh well maybe tomorrow lol!
